Services

A small, focused set of services. Each begins with a 60-minute evaluation so we understand the whole picture before recommending a program.

Comprehensive Myofunctional Evaluations

A 60-minute assessment of oral posture, swallow pattern, tongue mobility, breathing, and related muscle function.

Customized Exercise Programs

Targeted exercises to retrain resting tongue posture, swallow, and nasal breathing.

Breathing Retraining

Restore nasal breathing as the default. Address the habits that lead to mouth breathing, snoring, and fragmented sleep.

Tongue-Tie Support (Pre / Post Frenectomy)

Pre- and post-frenectomy therapy that prepares the tongue for release and protects the result afterward.

Sleep & Airway-Focused Therapy

For adults and children with snoring, sleep-disordered breathing, or sleep apnea who want to address the muscle side of the airway.

Habit Elimination Therapy

Gentle, evidence-based support to help children move past thumb sucking, pacifier habits, and other oral habits.

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Evaluate

A 60-minute, in-person evaluation of oral posture, swallow, breathing, and related muscle function.

  2. Step 02

    Plan

A written plan with specific exercises, frequency, and the result we are working toward.

  3. Step 03

    Train

Short, daily home practice plus in-person sessions. Most programs run 4–9 months.

  4. Step 04

    Maintain

Once the pattern is established, we taper and check in. The work becomes a habit, not a chore.
