Services
Eight core services.
One focus.
Each begins with a 60-minute evaluation so we understand the whole picture before recommending a program.
What we do
Comprehensive Myofunctional Evaluations
A 60-minute assessment of oral posture, swallow pattern, tongue mobility, breathing, and related muscle function.
The first visit. Includes history, observation, and a written summary of findings with recommendations.
Customized Exercise Programs
Targeted exercises to retrain resting tongue posture, swallow, and nasal breathing.
Tailored to your specific pattern. Most programs run 4–9 months with short daily home practice plus in-person sessions.
Habit Elimination Therapy
Gentle, evidence-based support to help children move past thumb sucking, pacifier habits, and other oral habits.
Coaching for the child and the parent. Practical tools, no shaming.
Pre- and Post-Orthodontic Support
Tongue and lip posture work before, during, and after orthodontic treatment.
Reduces the risk of orthodontic relapse. Coordinates with your child's orthodontist.
Breathing Retraining
Restore nasal breathing as the default.
Addresses the habits that lead to mouth breathing, snoring, and fragmented sleep.
Tongue-Tie Support (Pre / Post Frenectomy)
Pre- and post-frenectomy therapy that prepares the tongue for release and protects the result afterward.
Coordinates with your child's release provider (ENT, dentist, or other). Therapy before and after the release is the part that determines whether the release works.
Orofacial Myology for Speech Support
For articulation patterns that have a muscle-tone or posture component.
Coordinates with your child's speech-language pathologist.
Sleep & Airway-Focused Therapy
For adults and children with snoring, sleep-disordered breathing, or sleep apnea.
Myofunctional therapy addresses the muscle side of the airway. Part of a multi-disciplinary approach; we coordinate with your sleep medicine provider.
How it works
A clear, honest process.
Most programs run 4–9 months. The first visit is 60 minutes. We'll be honest about what therapy can and can't do.
